In December 2005, the Northern Virginia Democratic Business Council established a separate Political Action Committee ("NVDBC PAC") to support the election of business-friendly Democratic candidates in Northern Virginia.
The NVDBC PAC is organized as a political committee pursuant to Title 24.2, Chapter 9, Article 3 of the Code of Virginia. It supports candidates running for the Senate of Virginia and House of Delegates between the western and southern borders of Loudoun County, Prince William County, and the Potomac River. The NVDBC PAC is governed by a Board of Directors.
