Robert Haley
Mr. Haley is an attorney and is active in Democratic Party activities in Western Fairfax.  He is the Vice Chairman of the Hunter Mill Democratic Committee and a founder and Executive Director of the Dulles Area Democrats.  He is a director on the Reston Citizens Association board and a member of the Reston Southgate Community Center Advisory Council.  Mr. Haley is a retired Air Force officer and pilot, and a decorated Vietnam Veteran.  He has held various positions with Telecom Industry firms until completing his JD in 2002.  He was a member of the Virginia Delegation to the '04 National Convention and served on the Standing Platform Committee.
