Acclaimed Pollster John Zogby Discusses 2008 Political Campaign with Northern Virginia Democratic Business Council

 

Falls Church, VA – On Friday, December 7, 2008, internationally recognized pollster John Zogby joined the Northern Virginia Democratic Business Council for a discussion of Campaign 2008.   Zogby, President and CEO of International discussed the 2008 presidential campaign and its potential impact on Congressional and Virginia races, saying that this race will likely show that our state is in play for 2008. 

 

The Washington Post referred to Zogby as “the maverick predictor who beat us all," for his call of the 1996 Presidential race with pinpoint accuracy and acclaimed Christian Science Monitor columnist Godfrey Sperling called him the "Champion Pollster" for his predictions of the 2000 race. Since 1996, Zogby has polled for Reuters and in 2000 polled for NBC News. His clients also include MSNBC, the New York Post, Fox News, Knight-Ridder Newspapers, Gannett News Service, Houston Chronicle, Miami Herald, Atlanta Journal Constitution and a host of others.
