On November 7, Democrats stand poised
to reclaim the Legislative Branch of the United
States government. Come to our November
meeting FOUR DAYS BEFORE THE ELECTION, to hear
just how good our chances are.
Our November speaker, Mike Henry, headed up Governor Mark Warner's Northern Virginia operation in 2001, was part of the brain trust that elected Tim Kaine Governor in 2005, and he was tapped to help the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) target its money for this year's attempt to retake the U.S. Senate.
Mr. Henry is also a key advisor to Governor Kaine on the Virginia electoral scene and is sure to be involved in next year race to recapture the Virginia Senate, make inroads in the House of Delegates and leverage the legislature's intransigence on transportation to electoral opportunity. Come here his thoughts, raise some money for Democratic candidates, and meet Democrats in the the business community.
