What an election! Jim Webb pulled

a two-hour deficit before the Northern Virginia
absentee results reported.
While Jim Webb's win's was exilerating, the Democratic Party still failed to pick up even one additional congressional seat in the Commonwealth of Virginia notwithstanding several races which showed some promise.
