In December 2005, the Democratic Business Council of Northern Virginia established a separate Political Action Committee (the "DemBiz PAC") to support the election of business-friendly Democratic candidates in Northern Virginia.
The DemBiz PAC is organized as a political committee pursuant to Title 24.2, Chapter 9, Article 3 of the Code of Virginia. It supports candidates running for the Virginia Senate and House of Delegates between the western and southern borders of Loudoun County, Prince William County, and the Potomac River. The DemBiz PAC is governed by a Board of Directors.
