In December, 2005, the Northern Virginia Democratic Business Council (NVDBC) established a separate Political Action Committee ("NVDBC PAC") to support the election of business-friendly Democratic candidates in Northern Virginia.
The NVDBC PAC is organized as a political committee pursuant to Title 24.2, Chapter 9, Article 3 of the Code of Virginia. It supports candidates running for the Senate of Virginia and House of Delegates between the borders of western and southern borrders of Loudoun County and Prince William County and the Potomac River. The NVDBC PAC is governed by a Board of Directors.
The PAC's financial disclosures can be found online on the Virginia State Board of Elections' website.
